Why the Pulling Power in TerraBathe Is So Effective

Terrabathe - pure calcium montmorillonite - Most of the particle sizes of Terrabathe clay are as little as 2 to 5 microns in size. This microscopic size allows for a huge surface area of clay to pull out toxins. This is very, very important. The smaller the clay particles, the larger the surface area...the greater the amount of toxins, bacteria, impurities etc. are pulled out of the body by TerraBathe.

Also, TerraBathe is found in a region where the rainfall is minimal, moisture is nearly non-existent, and temperatures are consistently high. This combination of arid conditions keeps the clay ions in an 'open ion state' giving the TerraBathe a powerful negative charge. How Much Should I Use?

For the healthy person wanting a maintenance bath, use 2 to 3 cups of clay…soaking for 20 minutes.

For minor aches and pains, use approximately 1 to 3 cups of clay…soaking in the tub for 15 minutes.

Those with chronic conditions i.e. high blood pressure, heart condition, it is a good idea to check with your doctor first and with approval, try ˝ to 1 cup clay and soaking in the tub for just 10 minutes. If you cannot get into a tub you can do a foot soak, or even a clay pak.

Have a glass of water next to the tub and drink as soon as you complete your bath. It's a good idea to lay down, relax and honor the body.

Facial Masque with Terrabathe

TerraBathe is an excellent cleansing facial clay, 100% natural mineral masque....due to it's antibacterial and antiseptic action. For deep cleaning of the pores, and to exfoliates dead cells, make a paste by adding water or apple cider vinegar. Apply a thin layer to the skin. The skin will feel soft and clean. This application will stimulate circulation and has an astringent action on sagging tissues.

Another formula (from THE CLAY CURE) consists of three ounces of clay, one egg, and equal parts of honey and cold water. The amount of honey added determines the hydrating ability of the masque. Persons with dry skin, or those who live in a dry climate, should add more honey than water. Persons with oily skin, or those who live in a humid climate, may prefer less honey and more water for a more absorbent masque Leave the masque on for about 20 minutes, then rinse, rub, or brush off. After preparing the masque, you can store what is left over in the refrigerator.

FOR ACNE – Neva Jensen's book "Severe acne was cleared in four months. The entire back was covered with a clay pack once a day as well as the face. Left on for 30 minutes and removed.
