Shipping Information

Domestic

At This time we ship by UPS only. On Jan 2, 2006 you will be able to select the USPS (US postal service) from our shopping cart list of shipping options. When placing an on-line order be sure to put in the correct shipping address and zip code. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes; they will only ship to a street address.

International

We welcome international orders. The estimated transit time and shipping costs will be automatically displayed for you (UPS ) when placing an on-line order. Depending on customs clearance (which can vary widely from country to country). Brokerage fees for customs clearance are included in the shipping cost for international UPS orders sent by air (Express or Expedited). However, you may be charged applicable duty and taxes that apply to your country when you receive the order. As a favor to international customers, we send your order marked on the customs form as a "gift" and then email your sales invoice separately to help eliminate or at least lower the cost of any taxes or duty that apply.

Important Customs Note:

Some countries have difficult customs or prohibit the importation of products which are legal in the USA. We strongly recommend you check with your customs authorities before ordering if you're not sure. We will not be responsible for what foreign post offices or customs authorities do with your order. We strongly recommend using UPS service for international orders going to countries that have difficult customs or issues with theft. UPS acts as it's own broker for clearing customs, which makes it easier to clear customs. Although UPS is more expensive, they are much faster and more reliable for ensuring delivery of your package.

Canadian Orders

UPS shipments are normally sent via UPS Canadian Standard, which takes about 7 days to receive, assuming normal customs clearance. Be aware though, unless you choose to use your own broker or you pay for UPS Express/Expedited, UPS will charge a brokerage fee (based on value of product) at the time of delivery in addition to the normal GST and PST fees that apply. As with all international orders, we send your order out marked as a "gift" and then mail your sales invoice separately to help eliminate or at least reduce the cost of brokerage fees and government taxes

Please note: We do not accept orders from the following countries: Cambodia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Ghana, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Laos, Libya, Morocco, North Korea, Republic of Georgia, Republic of Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Vietnam, Afganistan, Nigeria, and Malaysia.
